After The Test & Treatment Options
After the Test
Once your specimen is submitted, results are typically processed and available within a few business days. However, processing times may vary. When ready, your results will be delivered in a clear, easy-to-understand report. If any results suggest a potential infection, you’ll receive a call from an independent healthcare coordinator. Independent physicians are also available to answer any questions or discuss your results in detail.

Test Details & What It Measures
-
TSH: (individual test cost: $40)
A thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) blood test measures the level of TSH in your blood to check how well your thyroid gland is working, which helps diagnose and manage thyroid disorders. -
Free T4: (individual test cost: $24)
A free thyroxine (T4) blood test measures the level of unbound T4 hormone in your blood, which helps assess thyroid function and diagnose thyroid disorders. This test is important because free T4 is the active form of the hormone that can enter tissues and exert biological effects. -
Free T3: (individual test cost: $15)
A free triiodothyronine (T3) blood test measures the level of T3 hormone that is not bound to proteins in your blood, providing a more accurate assessment of thyroid function, especially in diagnosing hyperthyroidism. -
TPO: (individual test cost: $50)
A Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) blood test measures the level of TPO antibodies in your blood to help diagnose autoimmune thyroid diseases like Hashimoto's thyroiditis and Graves' disease. High levels of TPO antibodies indicate that your immune system is attacking your thyroid, which can lead to thyroid dysfunction.
